Using the site

The site is here to tell you about Incipit and to let you join the early-access list. Please use it lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it or misuse the form.

Early access

Joining the list is a request, not a guarantee of a place, a date, or a particular price. Early-access details, including pricing and features, may change before launch, and we will tell you the terms before anything is charged.

The product

During early access Incipit is offered as it is, while it is still being developed, and we do not promise that the site or the list will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Your work

Your book, your files and your interview material remain yours. Incipit claims no ownership of the work you create, and the app keeps that work on your own machine.

Our content

The name Incipit, the site, and its text and design are ours, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the team behind Incipit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the early-access list.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Incipit is established.
